The boys were baptized on September 13th at the church Eric and I attend, La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church. It was a special ceremony held at noon just for baptisms. That made it so nice as we weren't so concerned about the babies crying and making noises. It was such a special time with our boys and even more special to have our families there.
Mom had been in California with my sister helping her since she just had her baby. She's commenting on how big Carter is now.

Parish grandparents with their first grandsons (my dad is SO proud!)

Here we are during the ceremony

Here we all are with Pastor Garman. We just love him!

In front of the pretty stained glass windows.

Here's the grandfathers with their look-alike grandsons. Isn't it so cute?!

After the ceremony, everyone came back to our house for lunch and cake. Here I am opening up some gifts for the boys. I was so excited they got a few childrens Bibles. We've been reading to them and they just love it!

The boys got these piggy banks from Grandma and Grandpa Groen. They are so special!

And cake!!

We enjoyed celebrating the boys' special day with everyone
